SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Policy:
Shipping is to be paid by the buyer (unless order qualifies for Free Shipping). Should an issue arise, we will work with you to resolve any issues with shipping/lost packages/damages!

If a package is lost/suspected to be lost in the mail:

• Speak to your local post office ASAP and OPEN a CASE with them. Once you have gone through these steps, please reach out to us with the results from the case.
• Contacting us via email (info@shoptccreations.com) have your USPS case number ready.
